Licensing status and jurisdictional responsibility

SkyCrown Casino operates under a gaming licence issued within the Curaçao regulatory framework. Publicly available sources cite differing licence identifiers for this brand — figures in the reformed Curaçao format introduced after September 2023, a numeric registration, and a legacy master-and-sub-licence number from the pre-reform system all appear in third-party listings — and we do not treat any third-party listing as authoritative. The current licence number and issuing authority as recorded in our own registration documents are published in the footer of this site and available on request from support; where the footer and any external listing disagree, the footer governs.

We hold no Australian licence. Australia's Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it an offence to supply prohibited interactive gambling services to persons physically present in Australia, and the Australian Communications and Media Authority enforces that prohibition against operators. We are an offshore site and no Australian regulator licenses, audits, or supervises us.

You alone are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully use this service from wherever you are. Access from a territory where online gaming is restricted, prohibited, or subject to a licensing requirement we do not hold is at your own risk, and we make no representation that our service is lawful for you. If you are in Australia, understand that you have no recourse to any Australian regulator, tribunal, ombudsman, or compensation scheme in relation to your account, your balance, or any dispute with us.

We may block, restrict, or close accounts from any territory at our discretion and without prior notice, including in response to regulatory pressure, payment-partner requirements, or a change in local law. Where an account is closed for jurisdictional reasons alone and no other breach exists, verified deposits less lawful wagering losses will be returned by the original payment route.

Registration, verification, and account integrity

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or older where your local law sets a higher threshold, and you must register in your own legal name using accurate and current details. One person may hold one account; duplicate, proxy, or nominee accounts will be closed and any winnings arising from them forfeited.

Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be repeated at any point during the relationship. We may request photographic identification, proof of address, evidence of ownership of a payment instrument, and documentation of the source of your funds. Withdrawals stay on hold until the requested material is supplied and accepted, and an account that fails verification may be suspended and reported where our licence obligations require.

Your credentials are yours to protect. Every action taken through your login is treated as taken by you, so choose a password you use nowhere else, enable any additional authentication we offer, and tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Selling, transferring, gifting, or pooling an account is prohibited.

The use of virtual private networks, proxies, emulators, or any tool that misrepresents your location or device is a material breach of these terms. So is any attempt to interfere with game software, exploit a fault in a game or in our platform, or coordinate play with other account holders to gain an advantage. Where such conduct is established, we may void the affected wagers, reclaim credited amounts, and close the account.

Deposits, wagering, and withdrawals

Funds may only be deposited from a payment method held in your own name. Your balance is a wagering credit, not a deposit-taking arrangement: it earns no interest, is not held in a government-guaranteed account, and may not be used to transfer value to another person or to convert currency.

Games are supplied by third-party studios and their outcomes are produced by certified random number generators. Published return-to-player percentages are long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and tell you nothing about the result of any individual session. If a round fails to complete because of a network fault, a browser crash, or a platform error, we will settle it according to the game provider's recorded state or void it and return the stake.

A visible error — a mispriced game, a malfunctioning feature, a duplicated credit, or an incorrectly applied bonus — does not create a valid claim. Wagers accepted under such an error are void whether the mistake favoured you or us, and we may reverse the associated balance movements once the fault is identified.

Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within one to three business days and are paid to the same method used for deposit wherever the provider allows it. Processing times beyond our platform are set by banks and payment providers, not by us. We may apply staged payout limits to very large wins, and we may withhold payment while a verification, fraud, or responsible-gaming review is open.

Bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards

Every offer carries its own conditions, which sit alongside these terms and prevail over them in the event of a conflict. Typical conditions include a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering multiplier applied to the bonus or to the bonus plus deposit, a maximum stake per round while a wagering requirement is open, an expiry date, and a cap on the amount that can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Game weighting varies. Slots usually contribute in full toward wagering; table games, video poker, and live-dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Certain high-volatility or jackpot titles may be excluded entirely, and buying a bonus feature while a wagering requirement is open may be treated as a breach of the offer.

Requesting a withdrawal while a wagering requirement remains open forfeits the outstanding bonus and any winnings attributable to it; your own unspent deposit is unaffected. Only one welcome offer is available per person, household, IP address, device, and payment instrument.

Bonus abuse — including low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed to clear a requirement with minimal exposure, syndicated play across linked accounts, and the exploitation of a promotional error — will result in the cancellation of the offer, the removal of associated winnings, and possible account closure. We may amend or withdraw any promotion prospectively, and we may exclude an individual player from future offers without giving reasons.

Complaints, liability, and changes to these terms

Raise any dispute first with our support team, in writing, within thirty days of the event concerned. Include your account identifier, the relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting material. Most matters are resolved at this stage; unresolved cases are escalated to a senior review and, if that fails, to the Curaçao licensing authority under the complaint route published in the site footer. Our transaction and game logs are the primary evidence in any dispute.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the balance credited to your account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, for lost profits or lost opportunity, for gambling losses themselves, or for interruptions caused by network failures, third-party providers, maintenance windows, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This agreement is governed by the law of our licensing jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive competence over any claim arising from it. Australian consumer, contract, and gambling legislation does not govern this agreement, and no Australian forum has jurisdiction we recognise.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in law, licence conditions, payment arrangements, or platform functionality. The revision date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and material changes are announced by email or by notice on login. Continuing to use SkyCrown Casino after a change means you accept the revised version; if you do not, stop playing, withdraw your available balance, and close your account.

These terms are the binding agreement governing your use of SkyCrown Casino and are not legal advice. Gambling involves the risk of losing money and should never be treated as a source of income. SkyCrown Casino is licensed in Curaçao and holds no Australian licence; Australian residents accessing this site do so on their own initiative, without Australian regulatory oversight and without any Australian consumer protection, dispute-resolution, or compensation guarantee. Where a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
